It was 6 weeks after the initial release of “The Sending” at Revive Conference in Sydney, but last Sunday June 21, 2015 I had the privilege of celebrating the album with my home church at Gymea Baptist.

With an amazing band made up of friends from Gymea Baptist, along with a couple of special guests, we were able to lead our church in worship using a number of songs from “The Sending” that the church has learned over the last couple of years, including: “We Are Ready“, “Heaven’s Son” and “How Great Is The Love.”

The church community has been a huge part of the journey that is represented in the songs and themes of the album, so it felt appropriate to be able to celebrate with my church family and, in a way, thank them for sharing that journey with me.
